Mate de Coca or Coca tea is a herbal tea or infusion which is made by dipping a tea bag or just simply submerging the raw coca leaf in a cup of hot water. The colour of the tea looks greenish yellow and will have a mild bitter flavour which is quite similar to green tea except with a more organic sweetness.
